Went there for a tire rotation and oil change. Received call stating everything was completed. When I went to pick up car, I know the tires were not rotated because I use chalk to mark them up to know what position they are in before rotation. Mechanic agreed that he did not do it. 15 minutes later I was told I owe 90 dollars because THEY broke a bolt. They should had stopped if the bolt was difficult to remove and ask me if they should continue or not as it could break. Should not wait until after you break something to tell customer . . too bad you owe us now.

The Subaru dealership was great from ordering to delivery. Follow up was very helpful as well

Purchased vehicle on 4/1/24 salesperson was Ron (Columbo)Sosky. Said things then didn’t stand behind his word once papers were signed. Every question or issue always put off on others and said out of his hands but will say anything even if bulb out call me. Now he knows he did wrong and don’t even answer or reply now. Eric (manager) was very nice. If purchasing a vehicle from Reedman stay away from Ron Sosky Deal with Eric if anyone he is helpful and doesn’t push off on others at the dealership when have questions or concerns. . Ron never showed me any other vehicles even when asked about the grand Cherokee nor did he explain anything regarding the features of the vehicle which found out as I drove the vehicle and thought something was wrong with the steering.

The staff is attentive, friendly, and accommodating! Very good experience every time I am there.
