Had a confirmed appointment for a simple oil change.

Had a confirmed appointment for a simple oil change. Service on my car did not begin until I had already waited for 90 minutes. BECAUSE they took walk ins ahead of the confirmed appointments. The supervison in the Service Dept was rude, and did not apologize for the very long delay. I finally got out of there longer than 2 hours.

I went into the sales office to lease a Subaru Forrester.

I went into the sales office to lease a Subaru Forrester. I had warned the sales person and his supervisor that I was coming at 1:00, we?d already agreed on a car and the price, and they had done my credit check. But I had to wait over an hour to meet with the finance person to do all the paperwork because they said each side (sales and finance) didn?t know what they were doing and were poorly trained (basically blamed each other). They gave me a gift certificate for $50 of gas at Sunoco to appease me, but I would much rather have had the time.

Fist it?

Fist it?s all about how much they can get you for, no communication never gives you any up front info about the what if scenarios before things gets started so you?re on the hook; , I was calling no answer from the under writer or he will call you back ( nothing) as within two months truck there and look at 2k just to find the problem and waiting on the warranty company; he come to me at over $15000.00k yes 15k for a motor , I took my truck told the to put all the parts in the trunk stole my battery charger out the back from in under in the jack box in a black case I tried multiple times calling them and as normal no answer or reply the engine cover not there all I get is someone or the agent will call you back ( not) , Ipaid them $1300. For that and they wanted another $1250. To put it back together and said it?s a common problem cam failure, took it to MrKitts Service Center, Inc. $1200.00 out of pocket more new motor 3year warranty unlimited miles and I am driving my truck ( xx reedman toll ) never go there again all bad reviews both locations and I can see why
