Replace missing lens cover
Excruciatingly painful. Got there promptly at 7:30 am Left at 2:10 pm. All told 20 minutes of actual labor. Also wasted $3107.00 on an extended warranty not honored by those nickel and dimers at Zurich.

Reedman service has become a very sad experience
I have purchased many cars from Reedman?s over the past 30 years. I cannot see me ever visiting again. My experience with their service department was an absolute disgrace and a nightmare. They had my 10-month-old car for 14 days before they even had someone look at it - they claim my service advisor and technician were both on vacation but I think they completely forgot about it. After someone finally looked at it and told me what needed to be repaired, they forgot about me and my car for another 15 days. Finally got my car back yesterday after six weeks.
