I cannot say enough praises for the service I rec'd from Subaru dept. I especially want to single out Robbie who took care of me. He was patient, listened to my issue and did not give up or right me off when I had to come back when the problem persisted. It finally was resolved after several years and several prior visits dealing with a parasitic drain with the battery. I credit Robbie with getting this done. Excellent customer service!

I told him exactly what I wanted and he didn?t try to sell me on what I didn?t. He was on time for my appointment and helped facilitate my car to be shipped. I had a flight to catch and he went above and beyond to handle my affairs for me. Customer service is what I was looking for and I got it!

Fantastic experience
Had a fantastic experience at Reedman toll Langhorn! The staff was friendly very knowledgeable, and made the car buying process for my husband (who purchased a car himself) and I, who purchased a car as well super easy. There was no messing around!!! The staff got the job done!

Buyer
The finance department needs to move faster. No one should be sitting in a dealership for almost 5 hours and it isn?t the price holding everything up. Also your financing department needs to be more courteous. Ms. Hyduck started nice until I declined the Zurich because I was already paying more for an older car and couldn?t afford anything else for the first time out of four Jeeps. The dealership wasn?t busy enough for me to be there that long and it?s every time. Never experienced this with other dealers. Want more work get the financing department to move faster.
