My review is two fold, original last week for a flat

My review is two fold, original last week for a flat tire. Ashley had my tire replaced and also took care of 2 recalls I had on my car, which meant I only needed to come in once for the 2 part recall. Great service! Today I came in for the recall, they were very friendly and efficient, my car done quickly and I’m on my way. I appreciate the friendly service I received.

Ryan MacD helped me on 12/9/24 in the Service

Ryan MacD helped me on 12/9/24 in the Service Department. He was professional, knowledgeable, honest and friendly. An asset for sure to this car dealership, unlike my experience when I bought the car in July 2024. Salesman was good, however the finance guy was shady and added a service that cost hundreds to the myriad of paperwork I had to sign. When I contacted them after discovering this, they did nothing about it. Considering the thousands and thousands spent on my new car, the hundreds sneakily taken should have been returned to me.

I just had an excellent experience at Mike Piazza Honda. I had my CRV state inspected yesterday and found it to be a very fair and honest experience. Things were explained very carefully to me and I was not pressured into making non- emergency repairs. The staff was courteous and cordial.. It was worth going there. Thank you
