Excellent service starting with my Service Writer Ryan.

Excellent service starting with my Service Writer Ryan. Communications about finding the problem, part delivery time frame and estimate on how long it would take to make the needed repair. They also took care of the Recall for my 2024 HR-V at the same time.

This is the first time I was unhappy with the service.

This is the first time I was unhappy with the service. I had a $39 coupon for an oil change that clearly said plus tire rotation, which I did not receive. all the other times I was at this dealership. I was happy with the service period

I had a great experience working with Beth on January

I had a great experience working with Beth on January 20th, 2025. I brought my car in for an oil change and also had some recall work done. The car was ready exactly when Beth promised me it would be, despite a recent snow storm which had to have affected their operations. The work was done well and I will be back for Al future service. I was in for recall work. Everything went smoothly, all parts were there and work was done in the estimated timeframe. The waiting area was comfortable. Service desk people are nice and helpful.
