No one took the time to explain what they did during the 2.5 hour wait or what I was signing for. The paperwork given just said that I had an oil change when I was supposed to have my 7500 mile maintenance done. When I got down the block my sensor for the windshield wiper fluid was low, which was supposed to be checked and filled at the appointment.
