Fast service snd easy access. Very crowded and backed up but very polite. That is all It was first service and oil change so not much to say. Just oil and filter change🥲

OMG I actually love love everything about my Hyundai Kona...

OMG I actually love love everything about my Hyundai Kona and everyone at Hyundai of Metairie are so friendly and nice. My salesperson Cynthia Rico was the best ever. The entire Hyundai of Metairie people are so friendly. Cynthia Rico was the best in helping me pick out the vehicle for me. I would never own another type of vehicle now I am a Hyundai fan for life. Hyundai of Metairie had me when I drove onto the lot and everyone said hello to me as I was just walking looking and going to the see what vehicle I wanted.

This dealership's service department has always provided...

This dealership's service department has always provided a good experience for me. The service hours are great and I've never had to wait longer than 1 1/2 for my service to be completed. Everything that is done to my vehicle is explained! Staff is friendly, too!.

I say for over 2.5 hours for a 6 month service. This was...

I say for over 2.5 hours for a 6 month service. This was ridiculous. My warranty is supposed to provide valet and a vehicle to drive. However, when I tried to schedule this, no one would answer the phone. I also keep hearing that there are no vehicles available. This means the the company is not able to uphold their contract and that can end in legal action if not addressed. Then I was told my car was parked up front when it was not. It took someone 5 minutes to help me find my vehicle. It also appeared the there was a lot of chatting at the front desk and not a lot of work. This does not make the company look very professional. I work in administration and never allow my company to run as such.
