we purchased to vehicles and, we spent several hrs. at the dealership, the salesman Mikias Melese was outstanding! he was very patient, and informative and he has a very personable personality. He provided quality customer service. We will be back for my daughter's purchase. Overall great experience.

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! Too bad Jenkins sold to ALM. Do yourself a favor and save yourself hassle and a migraine and skip dealing with this dealership!

Had a coupon for oil and filter change with tire rotation

Had a coupon for oil and filter change with tire rotation for $79. I had not been notified of name change before my appointment. They would not accept the coupon. They were all still wearing Jenkins Hyundai/ Thornton Rd Hyundai shirt and the sign inside still said this. Was told while waiting they would accept the coupon but when I went to pay they didn’t and said if I wanted my tires rotated that I would have to pay $20 more dollars.

I recently visited the Hyundai dealership on Thornton Rd,

I recently visited the Hyundai dealership on Thornton Rd, now under the management of ALM, and I was utterly appalled by the state of the place. The sitting area is absolutely repulsive – neglected. To make matters worse, the Starbucks machine they acquired is still broken, which speaks volumes about their lack of attention to customer amenities. The employees’ attitudes were equally disappointing. They walked around disgruntled and lacked any enthusiasm unless you were in the process of making a major purchase. It’s clear that customer service is not a priority here. I will never recommend or send anybody to any ALM dealership. My experience was so negative that I felt compelled to warn others. Steer clear if you value your time and want a pleasant car-buying or servicing experience.

Everyone so nice!! They went above and beyond to help me this last visit and installed my wipers that I had bought and couldn’t install myself! I am so appreciative of the service dept for doing this for me!!!!

Was told that we would have 3 years of free oil changes

Was told that we would have 3 years of free oil changes when purchasing the car- of course when dropping off we were told that it wasn’t the case and that we were out of free oil changes.
