The salesperson Charlie was great.

The salesperson Charlie was great. The finance employee needs to explain the extended warranty options before going into the finance office to sign paperwork. The four different options were confusing and they ask you to make a decision immediately regarding an additional $4000 expense. I was actually surprised after how organized they were that this revenue stream was not more discussed or focused on. Dealership is very clean and everyone there seemed happy and I didn't feel any stress about making a choice.
