I’ve been assisted by Elvira for my last service on my vehicle and I addressed some things I was promised by both the manager and the sales person. She was no help and said my vehicle would never be “100%” as she said. I spoke to the manager and he said he’d take care of it, it’s been a year now and still nothing.

Bought a use Jeep gladiator, 6000 miles the beginning of

Bought a use Jeep gladiator, 6000 miles the beginning of April. They contacted me letting me know that I needed it smog. I replied in two days the paper plates expired, took it in and they did the smog call the next day. Ask him when I get my plates he responded he would let me know. I’m still waiting two days later took the gladiator in for rotation of tires. I was told the tires were covered in the front need an alignment I called him and then assistant manager rushed me off I would never ever ever go there use their service or purchase a vehicle. I suggest nobody go there they treat you like xxxx.

Absolutely terrible.

Absolutely terrible. Would NOT recommend. I had an appointment at 820am for oil change. I arrived at 810 and was first in line. One of the employees, came out from his cubical and bypassed me, walking to the person that arrived after me and assisted him. A female came out and asked if she could help, I told her the issue and she started helping me out but then stopped because the employee that bypassed me was the one actually assigned to help me out (Robert M Hogan). So I had to wait until he was done. Anyways they take my car and promised it at 10am. I came back at 1030 only to find out my rubicon hadn’t even been moved. So they said I had to wait longer. I asked for a manager. Manager was rude and said he said he would address the issues with his team but refused to take any kind of complaint. Saying, “there is nothing for me to keep note of or write down! We don’t keep track of complaints” Anyways they finally did the oil change and had to assign two techs to speed up the process. I still didn’t leave until after 11am.over three hours for an oil change, ridiculous. It’s sad to see that while I was waiting, I walked and spoke to sales persons. They said that John Elway’s sold the dealership because of poor management and service teams, guess nothing changes with new ownership.

Dealership was professional and courteous.

Dealership was professional and courteous. There was a mixup with the outside vendor providing the service to my vehicle and the dealership made sure I was taken care of and was given a complimentary car wash.
