Service Department is a GHOST TOWN! No one ever answers the phone and physically you can't find anyone ever there. This dealership is a joke!!!

In my infinite wisdom thought I would try them out again, even though last time I had them quote a repair it was three times what I ended up paying at a local shop. Made an appointment, filling out all of the issues as well as standard maintenance that needed to be done. Drove this afternoon, well in advance, and was greeted as usual. Walked through what I needed, as described in my appointment; that's where the fun began. Other than the standard maintenance, having issues with the tire sensors and overall system (of which they fixed less than a year ago). Was told they would need 7-10 business days just to diagnose (and keep the vehicle the whole time). Never did they reach out in advance to warn me of this (and thank god I don't live too far away). What a complete joke of a business, and for sure this time will stay far far away.
