I recently had a very disappointing experience at this

I recently had a very disappointing experience at this dealership. I received a written offer of $5,448 through CarGurus for my 2010 Toyota Corolla, which was confirmed in multiple emails from their representative. The communication suggested that the offer could even increase after an inspection. However, after driving 40 minutes to the dealership, they refused to even inspect my car due to its mileage, which had already been disclosed when the offer was made. Instead, they presented a drastically reduced offer of $3,000—without any appraisal or inspection. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, wasting my time and energy. Their practices seem inconsistent and misleading, and I would not recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a fair and transparent car-selling process. I am disappointed and frustrated by how this situation was handled.

Thanks you Sebastian’s and Cam I enjoyed doing business here - I bought from them. Pricing on the cars and your trade in will be fair, the buying process is easy, and I left with a great deal on my new (used) car. I will go back here again because of the excellent customer service and high quality vehicles.

I purchased my Dodge Scat Pack on Nov 4, 2024 The next

I purchased my Dodge Scat Pack on Nov 4, 2024 The next day after purchasing my car a aftermarket LED front light went out so I called to see if the dealership could fix it. At first I was told by a female from the customer relations department yes. She said she had to talk with the service department manager to set it up and wait for a call to set up an appointment. Well no one called in 3 days so I called her back. She then told me that it was a debate with other workers to fix it or not because it was a aftermarket light. She told me that if I gave the dealership a good review they will fix it. So I said sure and she said someone will be calling me to set up an appointment. I waited a week and received no phone call. I hope she didn’t think I was going to do a good review before repairing my car. I ended up repairing the led light myself for about 200 dollars at a local shop near my home. I’m writing this review to say once you buy a car from this place it appears you are on your own to get it fixed even as simple as a led light. I went to the Dodge dealership in Temecula ca and the parts guys helped me find the part and sent me to a place where they replaced the lights. Now that’s great customer service. If Knight Dodge would have done this I would have been happy! Great sales department very nice customer service from others terrible!! Thank you for my car I will take my business to another Dodge Dealership!!

Jose was very helpful, we went in to see a Dodge Durango

Jose was very helpful, we went in to see a Dodge Durango without an appointment and Jose made the search for our new car so smooth. We walked out with the car we wanted and it did not take as long as other dealers we’ve been to. Sebastian and Miguel were also super helpful when it came down to the finance portion! Thanks to these 3 gentlemen my family now has a brand new car to start the year!

The salesman Rico was very professional and respectful

The salesman Rico was very professional and respectful for a young man, he was very helpful and patient, Patrick also was very helpful, explaining all my options with financing, the whole team over there at knight work really well together, I would definitely recommend buy a vehicle from this dealership.

Everyone was great at the dealership. Cameron was helpful and knowledgeable. He was friendly personable and not pushy. Dan in financing was easy going and great also

Refreshing professionalism!

Refreshing professionalism! I came in after enduring a horrible experience with another dealership, and was incredibly apprehensive working with anyone at this point to buy a car. I drove an hour just to see one car with a price that seemed too good to be true. Then entered Cameron Crayton. He was friendly, helpful, and -most importantly- honest. After taking the time to get to know me and truly hear me out regarding my budget, needs, and previous nightmare of an experience, he stepped up to the plate and did whatever he could to make sure I walked out of there feeling comfortable and confident with my decision. After spending almost the entire DAY working with me, I found myself driving home in the car I had traveled an hour away to look at, all the while staying within the budget I had hoped to retain. Even after the sale, Cam continued to follow up with me regarding some questions I had via phone. He didn't just throw me to the back burner once the purchase was made. He continued to ensure that I felt like a priority far after the transaction was complete. My dad was a former top car salesman for the CJDR brand, and I know for a fact that he would have had the upmost respect for Cam, his team, and the ethical way they conducted their business. I've already began referring my friends to Knight Claremont, encouraging them to make the same drive, just for their customer service alone. I haven't felt this at peace with a purchase in a long while. Thank you.

Julian was fairly new and admitted that he didn’t know

Julian was fairly new and admitted that he didn’t know too much about the car as we test drove the 2023 RAV4. He also mentioned that the techs were versed on the Toyota which attributed to the car’s CPO status. However, I was suspicious. After sitting down to talk about the car there were several visits to his manager, Reese(?). We were surprised about the “dealer supplied accessories” and their cost totaling $5k added to the $28k car's price! I was not too happy about it and let Julian know that I didn’t want any of those “accessories”. In addition, the accessory’s cost were nowhere to be found in the advertisement. It was later pointed out by the manager, a short statement about, “sale price does not include dealer supplied accessories” in the disclaimer section way at the bottom of the page. To me that’s a major red flag. When the manager came out to speak to us about the dealer accessories, he mentioned that dealer accessories are a staple at ALL dealerships and could not be avoided. Another Major RED flag. Also said manager was not professionally dressed. He came out in a baseball cap, casual shirt and communicated in an arrogant tone. We left a went to another dealership and bought a comparable RAV4 at a discounted price without any dealer supplied accessory surprises. Lastly, we were treated generously with bottles of water, coffee, car accessories and a car alarm.
