I recently purchased a 2025 grand Cherokee Limited.

I recently purchased a 2025 grand Cherokee Limited. I worked directly with Miguel the Internet SalesDirector. Miguel made the process very easy. I let him know I didn’t want to haggle with price and he met me where I needed to be to purchase the vehicle. He was great and communicated throughout the process and made it very easy. One of the sales people at the dealership actually came in on his day off to deliver the vehicle. I have been to many dealerships and this is a great dealership to purchase a vehicle from, I highly recommend them.

Review Update: (Original Review was on 2/18/2025) My original review was bothering me quite a bit, so I reached out to Patrick (Sales Manager) regarding my bad experience. As soon as he heard what happened, he was very apologetic. He made it a point to make things right. For me, a "Fair Deal" is all I ever wanted. It's right for the dealer to make money, and it's right for the customer to get into a vehicle that they can afford and want. Patrick made this happen. He made it a point to make things for my wife as easy as possible. We returned to the dealer, Patrick greeted us, and made things happen. Much thanks to Patrick for turning this into a good experience. Thank you to the salesman Sebastian for his knowledge, and to Aaron back in the finance department. I believe we were in and out with out new vehicle within the hour. I will definitely be contacting Patrick for my future vehicle needs.

My wife and I went in to look at a Jeep Nighthawk Truck

My wife and I went in to look at a Jeep Nighthawk Truck that was in an online add for Presidents Day. Right at the beginning we were greeted by a young sales associate. Unfortunately, it seemed like he was lost, and was having trouble finding the vehicle. We kept an open mind, as another young sales associate took over. We got to go on the test drive, and fell in love with the vehicle. After we went inside, Ramon (the new sales associate) sat down with us to go over our plan. I told him what trade in I had, and that it'd be my money down. Ramon went to talk to a sales manager, and came back with some very round numbers. I noticed that his numbers were really high, and he stated that it was the extended warranty and Lojack. I stated that our intention was to ship the car to the phillipines, and that those items weren't needed. He stated that he might be able to drop the extended warranty, but not the Lojack (which was an additional $2,500). He then started giving some additional round numbers which were extremely high. So high, that we just couldn't negotiate with him. I stated that I don't see where he's getting his numbers at, and that we couldn't just accept them. I told him that unless he could explain them, or do something...then we couldn't make a deal. We ended up leaving without ever talking to a sales manager or anyone. Later in the evening I sent a text message to Ramon trying to see if he could talk to the sales manager, so that we could see where the numbers came from or at least get firm numbers. After several messages, Ramon came back with the news that the sales manager couldn't even get close to the numbers I came up with. He also included the "Sales Price of the Vehicle" of $40, 855 when the list online price was $38, 885, which was $2,000 increase. Very disappointed in the experience, and I advise that you look at their numbers very closely. It seems like they are only concerned with making as much as they can. FYI......Insisting on the customer to buy an "Add-on" such as Lojack could be considered Fraud, so don't ever feel that it's mandatory.

Purchased a new 2025 Laramae Dodge Ram.

Purchased a new 2025 Laramae Dodge Ram. There were a couple of hiccups at first, but the General Manager Patrick Lundy, and Assistant Sales Manager Rene Olmos made sure to help get the deal done. Patrick helped us personally to get the financing we needed and to make sure we left with the vehicle we wanted. As a business owner, I appreciate the personal attention.

Went to Knight Clairmont Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram to look at a 2025 Ram Rebel X. Noble Perez introduced himself to me, answered some of my questions then went on a test drive. I loved the vehicle and decided to purchase it. Noble, the service manager and finance manager were very professional, polite and helpful during the whole process. I recommend this dealership if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.

This is a purchase experience review.

This is a purchase experience review. First I'll say that the folks I dealt with were very nice and as accommodating as they could be and so far I love my Ram 2500. Where it goes very badly is in the bait and switch tactics the dealer uses. The Autotrader ad that brought me in, stated with trade-in and loan incentives was $54,470. So I figured I would pay around $60k out the door. So that got me into the dealership over 25 miles away. Then you go through the test drive, decide this is the one and when you sit down to make the deal they hit you with their reality. They start by telling me about some added features available for the vehicle, like Lowjack, an appearance protection coating and a Catalytic Converter VIN stamp. However, as I'm telling them I am not interested in them, they say these have already been installed and are now part of the purchase price. Get this, an additional $5000!!! So, after all of the ups and extras they very calmly state "that'll be $71,000". I had not purchased a "New" vehicle in over 24 years, and as stressful as it used to be, the dealers at least this dealer has taken to a whole new level. After twisting their arm and threatening to leave, I was able to get them to begrudgingly get down to $67K to make the deal. If this is practice is unique to Knight, then they should be ashamed. If this is an industry wide practice, then once again the government needs to step in and make yet another law to protect it citizens from preditory business practices like this.
