There was no communication from the service advisor on

There was no communication from the service advisor on the status of my vehicle. The appointment I made for a Tuesday and was told by a service advisor my vehicle wasn't seen till late Thursday. They misplaced my keys. Did not receive my check-in invoice through email

One star because of one employee who I was told was

One star because of one employee who I was told was fired. If Robert had not seen my jeep just sitting it would have been much more than a week. No offer of discount for this and that's why one star I had to cancel two different Dr appointments that took me way too long to get. Still very upset 😡

The service personnel were very helpful and efficient. Unfortunately, the early morning was very busy and they took a long time before they were able to attend to my needs. Once the car was written up, everything was as expected.
