My wife took her Jeep in for an oil change, I took mine

My wife took her Jeep in for an oil change, I took mine in three hours later and was charged ten dollars more than she was charged.

Poor service. Poor communication. Lack of General Manager returning phone calls. Promises not kept. Poor workmanship.

Slow customer Service/ false charges.

Slow customer Service/ false charges. Failed To close hood and caps in engine properly. Unbelievable that my vehicle is still running after taking it to this dealership.
