Brian and Jason are amazing, I travel about 5,000 miles per month for work and spend a lot of time in my vehicle. They took the time to listen to what a topical work week consisted of for me and laid out a number of choices with pros and cons. We narrowed things down, along with me changing my mind a few times and found the perfect vehicle-CRV. They even drove to Buffalo the next morning to pick up the vehicle that had all the options and color I requested. West Herr Honda is excellent with customer care. I have had routine work as well as some repairs with exhaust systems as well as brake work. All has been completed on time as promised. The staff is always courteous even when they are very busy.
