I am satisfied with the overall service I received. Phil and Rob (I think Rob) took care of me as soon as I arrived At before 8 am. Rob or the service manager rode with me to detect my problem. Although there were recommendations given, I did not take the estimated cost and recommendations at this time.

I purchased a oil change and new wipers and that cost me $144… I was told they needed to put extra quarts of oil in because of the vehicle. When I looked at my statement it was the same amount of oil that was used on my previous oil change. I think honesty and integrity goes a long way and I got neither that day. On top of that, right after my service was done with them my car started running very strange and now it looks like I’m going to have to figure out how to get the Output Speed Sensor replaced because that’s the code P0720 it’s giving me. The car was running fine before I got there and now it’s not.

I had an intermittent problem that wasn't giving a code on the computer. They were able to fix it. Service staff did a great job!
