The Service Department is excellent because of Kim Laster

The Service Department is excellent because of Kim Laster who has been a attentive service advisor. She not only is very familiar with my maintenance history but has always been genuinely interested in my well-being. I've been recovering from cancer and she has been patient with canceled or no-show appt's. She is wonderful professional friendly and absolutely awesome

Repair was fine.

Repair was fine. Complimentary car wash was terrible or not done. Something splashed on car. Dirtier than when I dropped it off.
