the Salesman Kevin Green was very nice and informative. However, the information regarding price changed when I went back to the dealership. Also, no warranty with a vehicle that has 3000 miles - I purchased the vehicle due to Lexus quality but it is obsurd to pay for a warranty that should be extended for the first year at least.

Since moving to the area four years ago, I began bringing my vehicle here. Every service experience has been excellent. The staff are courteous, helpful, respectful and friendly. The quality of work I receive has always been great. One time during a new tire purchase a tire cover cracked (made of plastic, car is over ten years old), and when I brought the damage to their attention the service personnel made it right and replaced the wheel cover. This made a huge impact on my customer loyalty with this company. Bought my first car from them a few weeks ago because of my prior experience with them. Very happy to give them the business.
