Worked with Brandon and he found us a vehicle that matched our needs quickly. This was the second vehicle I have purchased through him. There was no high pressure tactic used. It felt more like a conversation than buying a car. I would highly recommend him!

Brandon was more than willing to let us test drive

Brandon was more than willing to let us test drive multiple vehicles, and gave us space to talk about which vehicle we liked better. Brought vehicles to the front when we asked about them. Best dealer experience I've had in a while.

Called ahead to set a time to look at a used car.

Called ahead to set a time to look at a used car. Brandon called me back and the car was parked in front when we got there. We test drove it negotiated the price fairly quickly. There was a few items that they repaired before we picked it up but we were warned before we got there. They had just traded for it. It was ready when they promised but found a oil leak that needed addressed. They ended up delivering it to us that was 4 hours away. Thanks Brandon for going the extra mile for us. Everyone was friendly and a quite helpful.

dropped car off for an 8 A.

dropped car off for an 8 A.M. Appointment about wind noise. Received call between 11 & 11:30 stating they just got back from doing a road test and could not detect the wind noise. While I am not happy they couldn't detect the wind noise that my wife hears, I am also upset they waited three hours to do a test that I dropped my car off for a 8:00 appointment. I am marking a service rep, though I am not sure of which one I had.

Walked in wanting to test drive a new RAV4.

Walked in wanting to test drive a new RAV4. Steve Morton found one and off we went. We sat down I told him what I wanted and he found just the right one for me! It’s my fourth RAV4 and I love just like all the others! Steve made is effortlessly and Mike did as well at purchase time!

Brand new dealership location.

Brand new dealership location. First think I noticed were professional, customer oriented, friendly, interested in your wants. Of course the biggest surprise to me was no pressure from anyone to purchase. They were giving me options in different models and accessories which was helpful when it came to a final decision and purchase.
