Amazing help and customer service

Berry Wilson helped me and my mom with buying a great car we seen on their website today. He was very friendly and didn’t waste any time! We were treated very well and we'll happily be getting that same car very soon!

A Truly Enjoyable Experience

I’ve been shopping for a car throughout Lexington for several weeks and would venture a guess that I’ve been to just about all of them. At Paul Miller, I received customer service that far exceeds any of the other dealerships I’ve visited in Lexington. Barry Wilson at Paul Miller handled my car buying experience from my first phone call to the minute I drive off the lot. He and the staff at the dealership were professional, courteous, patient, friendly, helpful, and went the extra mile to ensure I was driving off the lot in the vehicle I truly wanted. I will be recommending Paul Miller Ford and Barry Wilson to anyone I know seeking a car in the Lexington area. The inevitable stress of buying a car was hugely alleviated by the staff’s low pressure to buy and high knowledge of the vehicles I was interested in. Many thanks to Barry and the staff at Paul Miller. I love my new ride and will think happy thoughts when I remember the buying process!

Paul Miller Ford (and Barry Wilson) Saved Me!

I was on vacation near Lexington, KY, when my Ford Escape broke down, and the repairs would have been more than I was willing put back into that vehicle. I had the pleasure of working with Barry Wilson and he secured a solid turn-in value for it and helped me pick an awesome vehicle to drive off the lot that same day! The level of customer service I received was bar-none the best I've had from the automotive industry in my lifetime! Barry even went so far as to offer food and drinks for me at their café, on his dime! And get this, the vehicle I purchased ended up having an issue with the oil filter housing a week or so after driving off the lot, and Paul Miller Ford completely paid for the repairs at a Jeep Dealership in Michigan where I live! These guys and gals are amazing! If they're willing to take such good care of a customer that most likely won't be returning due to geography, they'll most definitely take good care of you as well! Thank you Paul Miller Ford, and especially Barry Wilson!

Unforgettable!

My experience with the entire staff at Paul Miller was totally TREMENDOUS. From the time I entered the service center, I truly felt the entire staff was determined to make my experience and satisfaction priority ONE. Brittney, a service representative insured that everything I needed was taken care of, during this stressful time. She is an great asset to the Paul Miller group!!! A big whopping THANK YOU to everyone that made this a memorable experience.

Friendly and Pleasant

Eric Potter was extremely helpful and polite. More importantly he was patient and not pushy about timing or price throughout the process. He walked us through all of our used and new options that fit our wants
