I drove an hour and a half down to Paul Miller ford for one of 3 Ford Mach e vehicles listed at a really good price on cars.com. Confirmed the incentive and likely payment multiple times before heading down. We had almost finished all of the paperwork (including running my credit) when they told me it was "too good" of a deal and their bank wouldn't finance it. I drove home having wasted 5 hours of time on an incentive that Paul Miller offered, but apparently didn't confirm they could follow through with. They also told me that they couldnt give me the free home charger incentive (it was an EV) because of the discount. I didn't see this outlined anywhere in the promotional material. The salesman and manager were super nice and apologetic, and everything else about the visit and communication was great, but it looks like there is some serious disorganization going on at this dealership. Just an FYI to all those that see their advertised prices and are thinking of taking a trip to Lexington for a good deal.

I drove 4 1/2 hours to look at a truck that we decided to purchase. It was listed on CarGurus and Autotrader for $30,995. Once I got home and was calling insurance for coverage I noticed that the dealership had actually charged me $32, 885. Be aware and pay attention if you purchase from this dealership. They also weren’t willing to work with us on the price when we brought it up. I was told that it is expected for used vehicles to have dents and scratches. The vehicle we bought was blue certified and with that we are supposed to have 3 months of free Sirius radio which we did not receive either. Overall I am very unhappy and hope that they choose to do the right thing.

I worked with Sandra Parks and it was the easiest, best

I worked with Sandra Parks and it was the easiest, best way I’ve ever got a car. She helped with everything and all I had to do was answer questions. She found me the perfect car and then worked with the banks to get me approved. She is the hardest worker I’ve ever had in a car dealership and the nicest also. She stayed late and woke up early and ever worked on the weekend. I couldn’t be happier with my experience and my car! I would give the grade 100% Attttttt

Pretty sorry.

Pretty sorry. Bought a used vehicle and extended warranty thru PM. Had some issues with AC and trans and dropped it off with service. After they had the car for three weeks they notified us they fixed the AC and could not even diagnose the trans. After still having issues took it to a dealer in London, ky who found the AC system was grossly overcharged and simply serviced the trans. Thanks for PM for charging us a couple hundred so that we could turn around and pay someone else to fix the problems.

LE'RON CARTER DID AN AWESOME JOB.

LE'RON CARTER DID AN AWESOME JOB. HE WAS ON TOP OF EVERYTHING BEFORE WE GOT THERE TO PICK UP THE CAR. HE WAS VERY ATTENTIVE TO OUR NEEDS AND WENT WELL ABOVE WHAT PEOPLE NORMALLY DO. I WOULD HIGHLY RECCOMEND HIM TO ANY ONE. IF YOU NEED A NEW CAR TRUCK OR SUV GIVE LERON A CALL..I WILL DEFINATELY GO BACK WHEN WE DECIDE TO GET ANOTHER CAR.

Had a great experience at Paul Miller Ford. First of all, Beal Murphy sales representative was kind and knowledgeable. Second, Derek Scroggins Sales Director and J.P. Miller Sales Manager, worked wonders to make my trade in and new F150 purchase a reality. Thirdly Ken Cusic Business manager did an amazing job getting me a 7 year extended warranty. I will certainly do business here again!
