I had a great experience at Valley Imports when purchasing my vehicle. The dealership and website are simple to navigate and I had the best time working with staff who calmed all of my anxieties and took the time to explain everything to me. As a first time purchaser from a dealership, I had a lot of worry. Valley Imports made me feel valuable and taken care of.

Great customer service. Never had to go into the building. They helped saved us a 2 hour drive one way. They are so accommodating and friendly. Got us everything we needed and brought the vehicle to us! We can’t thank them enough for everything they all did for us! Highly recommend!

Levi was great to work with! My wife and I were in the lot past store hours. Levi took time out of his personal schedule to assist us. He was also great to work with on the sales of our vehicle!

Zach was awesome to work with. He was knowledgeable about the vehicles that he was selling, and listened to what I was looking for to try and find the vehicle that I wanted. I appreciate that he didn't make me feel pressured or rush me to make any decisions. My dad sold cars for over 30 years, and Zach is the first car salesperson that I actually felt comfortable working with since my dad retired! Everyone that I encountered while at Valley Imports was friendly, knowledgeable, and great to work with!

The people at Valley Imports were great. As a foreigner from Canada, I needed help and Kristen jumped in and assisted. Tana was super friendly and I can't wait to take her for a ride in my new vehicle and get her to help me get it all setup. My interactions with Marshal was super easy and painless. Erik went above and beyond to secure the vehicle we wanted in a timely fashion. He exceeded all of our expectations and we greatly appreciate him. We have worked with Erik 4 years ago for our last vehicle and it is nice to know that he is consistent and always ready to help us.
