This dealership is absolutely awesome. I've dealt with other dealerships and have never had a positive experience like this one. First, my sales consultant Drake Miller was flawless. He kept to his word and when I thought it was too good to be true, the car was actually delivered and in my possession. I was told by at least 15 other dealerships that they would not be able to get me the vehicle I desired because it was to popular and no one could get their hands on it. They tried to offer me alternatives, but I was not interested in alternatives. Drake contacted me and told me that he would be able to get me the vehicle I so much desired. I was thinking, "sure you will". But to my surprise, this guy delivered from beginning to end. We spoke over the phone, texted, emailed and I never had to visit the dealership until the car was on the lot and ready for pickup. Absolutely amazing!! Yes, I was serious about getting the vehicle, but I thought it was cool how he trusted that I would follow through and did all the due diligence to secure the vehicle. There was also no drama when picking up the vehicle. They had their ***t together. Julie M. was my finance manager and had the paperwork all ready for me. We reviewed the numbers, adjusted a couple things and the transaction was done. Devon was another great sales consultant that answered all my questions and assisted me in getting the car set up. All and all I must acknowledge this dealership in a "no hassle, no drama transaction".
