Overall, everything went fair, with some unnecessary trips to and from the dealership to the vehicle rental place that could have been avoided, due to miscommunication, and also not being informed regarding post repair instructions on the part of the dealership,. I did, also notice a couple scratches on my vehicle which were not there before I dropped off the vehicle for repair, but I will give them the benefit of the doubt. In the end, we're pleased.
