Will and Oscar with Nissan Service in Lewisville were

Will and Oscar with Nissan Service in Lewisville were phenomenal when I brought my husband's car in for service the other day. I was there to get washer fluid and an oil change, and shortly after arrival, Will came into the waiting room to ask if he could show me something with the car. Turns out a rodent had taken up residency in the engine block. Will then explained what needed to be done, and at my request, agreed to see if they could remove the nest right there. When he came back, he told me that the car also had a recall on a part that needed to be addressed. Ultimately, the visit I had thought would take about 20 minutes was three hours. But that was because Will (and later, Oscar) made sure that I received all the things I'd originally needed, plus the repair for the recall, plus they were able to get the nest removed and the engine block mostly cleaned out. And all of this was done as part of our warranty, free of charge. I cannot express enough how much I appreciated all they both did to get the car back in working order. We have always had good service here, but this was truly outstanding. Thanks, guys! You're awesome!
