Nissan of Lewisville

I recently visited the service department of Nissan Lewisville to get my Rogue service. I was interested in trading the vehicle. So when L.A. Warren, Jr. approached me and offered me a test drive of the Kicks and disclosed the extra cash incentives of the dealership. I jumped on the opportunity and took advantage of it. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions over the weekend after some buyers remorse. I called him that Sunday and requested my old vehicle back. We both started laughing knowing that I didn't want the vehicle back. If you looking for a good salesman look him up.

I am a first time buyer and L.A. Warren jr was a big help from the minute I stepped onto the lot. He immediately came and introduced himself as soon as I stepped out of the car. I told him what I wanted, my price range, and my wants and he saw to every need. He fought for me to get me the best deal I could get and he did. I hope every first time buyer has the same wonderful experience as I did!

Buyer beware. A used car was posted online with no physical pictures i.e., picture coming soon! I called in advance to make sure the car was still available. Justin assured me it was. I headed to the dealership and was there an hour later. Justin takes my drivers license and insurance under the pretense of test driving the car and proceeds to ask me questions about what I was looking for. He leaves with my driver’s license and comes back saying we have a 2006 Malibu. I said you didn’t hear a word I said about what I was wanting to purchase.... AND what about the car I came here to to see and test drive? He said It was sold... I said this appears to be a bait and switch operation. Leaves again and comes back with 3 cars out of my budget I said no, I said..... Leaves a 3rd time, still has my driver’s license, and I sit for 10-15 mins and turn around and there is a company wide meeting going on at the front desk with 20 people that he’s attending. Talk about unprofessional. I interrupted the meeting, got my license back and left. They missed out on a sale yesterday because of their games as I did buy a car the same day from another very professional dealership. This dealership doesn’t even deserve one star. If I could rate it zero stars I would!

My time at Lewisville Nissan was an amazing experience. They helped me find the exact vehicle I was looking to buy and got me driving it out the same day. Can't say enough about my sales consultant L. A. Warren. Mr Warren got me exactly what I was looking for and answered all my questions with great knowledge and confidence regardingmy vehicle. I just wanted to reach out and thank Lewisville Nissan for my car-buying experience. I received help from many individuals, and everyone was very patient with me and able to assist me with all of my needs. L.A. Warren, Jr. was amazing, helping me within seconds of walking through the door, and walked with me through the entire lot searching for one specific vehicle that I knew would be mine, while also checking in and continuing to help me until finalizing my purchase. Ryan Armstrong was also fantastic and went above and beyond to assist me during my search. He brought out multiple vehicles, went on a few test drives with me, walked me through all of the bells and whistles of each vehicle, and was extremely cooperative with me during my back-and-forth numbers experience. I appreciate his hard work and effort, and again, most importantly, his patience while working with me and doing everything to the best of his ability. This entire team has been fantastic during my second purchase at this location, and I hope to continue this great relationship down the line, hopefully with future purchases in the next coming years.

L.A. Warren is by far the best sales rep I have ever had!!!! He is very professional Answered every question i had. My favorite part about L.A Warren he was there to help me unlike the other guys. He didn't BS me and got me in and out knowing i had a time restraint. I will not go to anyone else in the future!!!

This was my first time buying a car, and L.A. was very helpful in guiding me through the process . He helped me navigate and find the necessary documentation, and was able to ask most of he questions I had. When there was something myself or he wanted a second opinion on, or there were thins I was indecisive about, he wasn't afraid to bring in other reps to guide me through the process. Beyond his professionalism, he was personable and helpful - I would recommend anyone who come here ask for L.A.
