I went online to price a White Camaro and promptly got a phone call inviting me to come test drive. I went that Saturday and met with Jerry who got me talking with Ken. After a brief conversation about our needs, we took the Camaro out for a drive. All i can say is SWEEEEEEEEEEEEET. Everything went smooth, we negotiated a price, did the finance thing, then my wife decided that the Camaro just wasn't big enough for us to haul out two kids around, sadly i agreed and so did Ken. The next step Ken pointed us in the direction of the Malibu 1lt. Without any prompting he pointed out all the rebates (a lot of rebates) and that we could be driving a Little better car for the price of a Cruze(which is also a nice car). There was no shell game, just upfront pricing. None of the "let me talk to my manager" crap. Lets just say, with my GMAC redemption of $2000, i walked out of the dealership with a $27000 car for $21050. Not only was the price great, i didn't have to fight for the price. It was a real relaxed atmosphere. Ken is now my go to guy for now on. Day Chevrolet works for me. Ill be back for my 3rd, fun car, and yes it will be a white camaro. I don't remember her name, but the Finance lady was absolutely awesome. So nice. Even when she was telling me my payment, she all of a sudden said wait, i bet you get even more money off, and bam and extra $1000 from my gmac card. Im sorry i forgot your name, but thank you. Pros: Great staff (especially Ken and finance lady) huge selection No haggle No gimmicks Great with kids also (mine ran a muck and mooched food off of many salesman) Cons: none other than you see a $115000 Vette as soon as you walk in and i don't have the money to buy it. LOL

The kids play area was awesome(sorry about the chaulk dust) and the showroom was laid out very nice. I know Elvis wont be there all the time, but my boy loved to play with the bunny!!! Linda, im so sorry, im horrible with names, i will not forget it again. Thanks for all your help. As for my "fun car", i will see you as soon as i can, i cant wait. yes it does feel like torture to see the Vette, but torture isnt so bad when your looking at a car like that. I came in with an electrical problem which turned out to be a wire to my PCM was chewed through by a mouse and shorted out the unit. Joe kept me informed of the repairs along the way, worked with my insurance company, and generally made everything go as smoothly as one could expect. The staff and techs at Day Chevrolet are all right with me. My car was even washed when I picked it up.

No complaints from me. I been to plenty of dealers. With that being said my under par credit score and and different company criteriai know if somebody wants to deal with me or not. Ken wanted to deal with me. The result is a beautiful vehicle with a significantly lower monthly rate than I anticipated! Through the trials of obtaining the vehicle (the up's the downs) Ken keeps you in good spirit. At one point I had gave up and Ken called me on tbe phone with hope. During the time at the dealer other sales people were friendly. Im recommending all I can to this dealer an that will be easy due to people complementing my vehicle.

extremely impressed with ray in service. seemed very helpful in resolving issues regarding a ignition problem. esp, since the car was not purchased from this chevy dealership, towed by roadside assistance. very happy to know that there are still people out there that still care about another person, and this is the way that i felt about the interaction with ray at this dealership.

On December 7th I had my van in for service (inv#...
On December 7th I had my van in for service (inv# 453542). At that time about $5 in quarters were stolen from my change compartment. So, on my return trip (December 26th) I set up two quarters on the top of the change compartment. As I expected they were gone too. When I complained to the service manager he said no one there would have done it and then turned his back. Also, I got door cylinders replaced, and on the invoice I was charged for 2.4 hours. However, I sat in the waiting room from 9:30AM to 3:00PM (5.5 hours). I don't know what was going on the rest of the time. Except that my money was being stolen from me. From other people I've talked to I'm under the impression that this happens often here. Day Chevrolet has contacted me and reimbursed the money stolen. On top of that they've gifted my $25 from a local store. It is evident that they do care for their customers and want to provide the best service they can. Unfortunately there are bad apples out there and one has slipped into the system here. Service manager Dave has reached out to me with a true concern of the situation and is doing whatever it takes to keep this from happening.

Salesman was very nice during sales process while I was giving hime a check for $4000 as a down payment. But after her did his standard follow-up call to see if I was satisfied with the vehicle he didnt really show concern because when I express dissatisfaction he would rush me off the phone. Also, the service department and the sales team seem to have had a breakdown in communication. Finally, I feel that my concerns should have been addressed better especially since it was within 2-3 weeks of spending 16,000 on a vehicle!
