Great salesman

Disappointed that I didn't get the usual extras that patsy lou usually provides. This experience was similar to other dealerships instead of being better. Miguel was very helpful and worked to help get me what I wanted. Would definitely go back to him in the future.

Love my lease

Bait and Switch

Offer a price go to buy it and price increases by 20,000 dollars will not call me back. The corvette 2017 advertised for 82000.00 became 94000. When I tried to buy it. The car is still priced at 81,999.00. Try to buy it and the price will become 94000.00. I offered cash no financing. I asked to have the manager call me. That never happened.

Worst oil change and most expensive I have ever had.

Had an oil change done and it was horrible. Most I've ever paid and nothing else was checked on vehicle. Horrible!!! Absolutely horrible!!! Never again!!!

Customer Service Nil.

Went in to puthase a new vehicle. I set an appointment with Patsy Lou. So they clearly knew I would be there. 4 hours later I managed to walk out with a vehicle. Not sure why I did that. A few weeks later, 2 weeks to be exact, I was having some issues with my new lease. I figured hey why not go into the place that sold me the vehicle and get it taken care of. HUGE mistake. Apparently anything that goes wrong with a vehicle after you purchase it is the purchasers fault. They also failed to honor the free car washes that are clearly posted on there sight. If you are in the want for a new vehicle I would DEFINITELY stay clear of this place. By far worst customer service ever.

Don't buy used from Patsy Lou

After purchasing my vehicle and having it delivered to my house (approx 3 hours north of the dealership) I discovered that the front end alignment was off, significantly, the front tires were worn to the cords and the front brake pads were worn to the point if being unsafe. After several attempts at speaking with someone about selling unsafe used vehicles I've all but given up. Never again will I purchase from or recommend Patsy Lou. Terrible customer service after the sale.
