My first visit to this Dealership and it was a very good

My first visit to this Dealership and it was a very good one. I had a service and they sent me a picture of my head gasket leaking. Very good people at Silveira Chevrolet. I would highly recommend them!

Stayed on top of issue and worked with warranty solutions

Stayed on top of issue and worked with warranty solutions , the repair took longer than it should have but that was on warranty solutions who took more time in giving authorization to David who worked with them,

Sales staff are professional, and knowledgeable without

Sales staff are professional, and knowledgeable without pressure. Go above and beyond to explain the vehicle, the process of the sale, ensure follow up and assistance after the sale. Service department were courteous and gave explanation of service being performed. We had been bringing our last vehicle here for 15 years. I couldn’t be happier, make you feel so welcome and approachable.

Mike Salmas did a great job with our transaction. He was nice to work with and was knowledgeable about the vehicle. He is responsive and gets what needs to be done. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from Mike.

This time I had the pleasure working with Steve, he found exactly what I was looking for, a new 2025 Chevy Equinox! He got the color and all the “bells and whistles” I was requesting. I had to do the legwork to find my extended warranty information. I don’t know why it wouldn’t be readily accessible in the Chevy intranet or internal documents.
