Colleen was great basically until I signed the papers,...

Colleen was great basically until I signed the papers, then dropped the ball at every turn since! It took 5 days to be told I needed to put the new car on my insurance in order for the process of registration to complete. This was only because I called to follow up so I am curious to know when I would have been notified if I didn't call. Then the next day I was told it was taken care of for registration but the processing may take another week. Three days after that, I get a message that the RTA form was not filled out and I needed to do it. Well I called my insurance and they said no, it's the dealership's responsibility and it was sent to them 3 days ago. The next day they took care of it. I paid my first payment and signed the papers on the 8th so it has been 11 days and I was told today I still need to wait 5 more. This is unacceptable customer service will never come here again!

Simply amazing and easy to work with. Paula is not a typical sales person. She never pressured me to buy and I always felt she was looking out for what was best for me. This was the first time buying a car out of state so I was nervous at first. Paula stepped up and walked me through the whole process. I highly recommend Paula and Dover Honda!

I went in for an oil change on my 2018 Honda Fit and left...

I went in for an oil change on my 2018 Honda Fit and left having bought a new CR-V, my second, new vehicle from Dover Honda. Just like last time, it was a pleasure dealing with everyone at Dover Honda from the receptionist to Julie Richard in Sales and Steve in the Service Department. My questions were answered and the new features on my vehicle were explained to me. Easy peasy. Love my new car! :)

Dover Honda was a pleasure to work with. I requested a quote on a new Pilot they had in stock, and they got back to me quickly with a fair price. We negotiated a little bit and found common ground. I was able to head to the dealership the following morning to pick up the vehicle (was thrilled I wasn't rushed to take delivery right away like many dealers push these days). Everyone I worked with was outstanding and helpful. I would have liked a little more money for my trade, but overall I'm happy with the deal we made and the service they provide. Even though Dove Honda is not exactly in my backyard, I plan on returning to them for another vehicle when my lease is up.

Charley went above and beyond for us! I was busy working as a bedside nurse during the pandemic, and needed a newer vehicle, STAT. Charley found the very specific model I was looking for, and in time for me to get safely to my next shift. The process was smooth, the service was outstanding.
