I’m always impressed with the level of communication and

I’m always impressed with the level of communication and the quality of service when I bring my car in to Dover Honda. Whether it’s a routine oil change, a recall, or a more extensive service you are always treated like you are important. I will definitely continue getting all of my service done at this dealership

The service department doesn’t know what they are doing!

The service department doesn’t know what they are doing! The plug your car and if it says nothing is wrong they don’t know how to troubleshoot the problem! There is something clearly wrong with the my car but they plugged it in! I have heat until k come to a stop and my temperature gage goes all the way down do you can’t see it! I haa a ve had the car since August 3021 and never have seen this or felt the heat go cold but they are telling it normal! I’m so disappointed in the service I have received! Someone should do something about this!

Mike went up and beyond our expectations,when we had a question he always had our answer without any hesitation. He is a great example of how a dealer should be. This is the second time we've used this dealership, and each time they have been very helpful and courteous. Our recent experience with John Ramos was actually fun, as he is very down to earth and extremely helpful. He was very willing to negotiate a trade of our Civic and got an approval from the finance for a very acceptable figure. He pointed out some of the tech features of the new car and answered every question we had. I knew exactly which car I wanted and he brought it right around and told us where to go to test drive it, since we were not familiar with Dover. It was worth the trip south to buy again from this dealership.
