Outstanding!

Outstanding! This was the best car buying/leasing experience I've had in my 50 years of car ownership. Our salesman, Rick Stern, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful...even working extra hours resolving a mechanical issue. The management/finance team of Bob H. and Ray J. worked very hard to meet our needs despite the credit bureau's inability to promptly send required information. All were friendly and professional. Very professional in communication and product presentation. Exceptional attention provided to our wants and needs related to the vehicle we were interested in. I was very pleased with my Dover Honda experience….

I was very pleased with my Dover Honda experience…. I contacted another dealership for an appointment to have two different safety recalls taken care of and they gave me an appointment in November (8 months in the future)…! Dover Honda gave me an appointment in 7 days…! The service personnel were very friendly and helpful. It was a great experience… Thank you Dover Honda…!

I was there for warranty work. All went as planned. Vehicle was ready much earlier than was originally promised. Nice job.

my Ridgeline had a recall on it that needed to be

my Ridgeline had a recall on it that needed to be performed. I was able to schedule a convenient appointment with Dover Honda and they handled it easily and as promised. They also gave the truck a full inspection and gave me a terrific recommendation to get my state inspection done while it was in the shop– saved me so much aggravation and time later on. This is a terrific dealership That does good work and respects the customers time. I highly recommend their service and sales departments.

I came in for a state inspection on the vehicle that was

I came in for a state inspection on the vehicle that was purchased here. I had wait another 45 minutes after receiving a text stating my inspection had been completed and that I could read the service report, making my total wait time over an hour and a half. The woman who was working the service desk, who checked me out, was extremely rude and condescending, when speaking to me she acted as if I was inconveniencing her. Then when I and I asked about a coupon that I received through email she was very upset that I didn’t bring it up right away when I walked in even though she made it seem like she busy to deal with me at that she. She also seemed to be blaming me, as if it was my fault that there was not enough staff working that day. I do understand that working in a service industry can be stressful and frustrating when short staffed but I hadn’t complained about the wait or the price of the state inspection, I was just hoping to get the discount price like the coupon stated. With that being said I do not appreciate being treated as an inconvenience when all I was trying to do was get my car inspected.

My wife and I just recently purchased a honda pilot from Bob, and I can't stress enough how pleasant the experience was. Dovers pricing was aggressive enough we made a 6 hour drive from northern Maine to make the purchase. If you are at all concerned about sales tactics from other dealers or hidden fees or add ons, don't be. These folks are top notch. Thanks again!
