8/5/2022 I purchased my daughter a 2022 Honda Civic! My Sales Advisor Shanjazz made this experience top tier. The professionalism, knowledge and most importantly she worked hard to find a vehicle my daughter would love! I definitely will be back to purchase again Shanjazz! Let’s not forget the finance manager working deals for Ascension Honda!

Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at the
Unfortunately, I had a horrible experience at the dealership. I’ve always drove a Honda but after my recent purchase,I will never buy one again. My salesman, Matt Griffin lacked motivation and the ability to negotiate. They attempted to charge me $1500 over value price for accessories, when I ask what all was included in the “accessories”, he was unable to tell me. After completing the sale he gave me the wrong spare key. Once I got home, I realize the spare key he had gave me went to a different vehicle. I have contacted the dealership multiple times to get key they have failed to respond back or send me the correct spare key. I also reached out to Jimmy Fontenot ,in finance to inquire a warranty cancellation form. Jimmy stated that I was unable to cancel my warranties. I advise Jimmy that I had contacted the warranty company whom advised me it was possible. It has been one month and I still have not received my key or the cancellation form. No one from the dealership has even attempted to contact me about the ongoing problem. I am very disappointed and would not recommend this dealership or a Honda to anyone.
