Completed actual credit app not pre-approval app before

Completed actual credit app not pre-approval app before arriving and was informed i was approved for a car deal within the price range agreed upon. Arrived and was told something totally different from a different agent. Downpayment went from $1500 to $5000 and was being forced into a vehicle i was not interested in. They ran my credit several times more after it was already an app processed. Just ridiculous. So i made a blank trip. Poor service, time wasted, hopes up for nothing.

I felt like i walked in knowing what bank i wanted to

I felt like i walked in knowing what bank i wanted to finance through and i was willing to get my own pre approval through the bank i wanted to finance through but i was heavily discouraged because it would be “useless” because the finance manager was going to re-run my reports anyway. Also he steered me to financing with another bank because he would benefit from it and wouldnt work with me to find a median ground to use the bank i wanted to get my financing from. It was more of a take-it-or-leave-it mindset and i will never recommend this dealership solely because of the financial aspect.

We had a great experience with Stephanie. She made sure our experience went smoothly and personally made sure our new CRV was perfectly detailed before we drove off of the lot. The entire staff was helpful and made sure our purchase went smoothly. I highly recommend this dealership and Stephanie.
