Horrible
I had the absolute worst experience at the Reedman Toll on Springfield PA on Baltimore pike. The customer service was disgusting and because I was a female they tried to charge me up on crazy prices for things I really didn?t need and it wasn?t until I got my father involved that they started to tell me the truth. I will never ever go back there or any other Reedman Tolls because my experience was that bad and I will be following up with corporate in regards to what I went through for the time my vehicle was there.

Routine service
Wait time (3 hours 27 minutes) entirely to long of a wait for a scheduled appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. Dissatisfied with explanation , always the same excuses. They even questioned the validity of a coupon I received via email a few days before my appointment!

Indpection
Bi had a sensor light come on a month ago and was explained I didn?t do enough miles it was guesstimated that I needed 30 more miles I drove around till 30 went back and was told I needed like 20 miles a waste of a day off and hrs of my time I didn?t know that since my sensor light came on a month ago it would affect my emissions that should have been told to me .i had no ideal that was a whole waste of my day now I have to schedule again for Anothier day and I work at Penn hospital difficult to take off because Covid is rising again .iteally need to be compensated for a waste of my time I may start going to Anothier one after this inspection

A dealership running at its capacity should have a
A dealership running at its capacity should have a concierge service. If not loner cars while you wait, at least a concierge service that drops you off and picks you back up like other car dealerships that are even smaller in size than this one, because sitting and waiting there for 3-4 hours while your car is being serviced is quite unnecessary and counterproductive for the client. also, at least have some free snacks if the wait is going to be that long, if you are spending a bundle of money and time, at least your vehicle can be washed simple things like this will put an added smile on a customers face. This is all part of customer satisfaction not just what’s cost-effective for the dealer.(Hire two Wash techs, this could boost customer satisfaction and widen the job market) other than that the workers are quite courteous, and the craftsman seem to be quite thorough,

Always great, Shan, Zaire and David run a tight ship. Excellent work always. This time there was one problem, and it was not due to any error on the part of the three aforementioned employees. I had had the dealership do my state inspection one day before a tree branch fell on my windshield, requiring replacement. I got it replaced (at Safelight, covered by my insurance) and drove straight to the dealership to have the stickers put back on. The person working there told me that (a) they could not put my own stickers back on and (b) I would need to do an entirely new inspection at full price. Had I spoken to Shan, David or Zaire, I would have been told that in fact if I get the stickers put back on within five days of the new glass, the price would be 14 dollars. I would have left my car, obviously. I was not informed about the five day rule nor about the different price, and thus when I was able to get to the dealership yesterday outside of the 5 days, I was charged the full 70 dollars. That is an aberration in the precise operation of the dealership. I plan on speaking to the manager or supervisor. I was informed that the manager on duty yesterday approved the 70 dollars—-which I find shockingly bad customer service given that I’ve purchased or leased all cars from this dealership, done all work and inspections there, replaced tires there…etc. Very strange.

I waited 1 and a half hour before being told it cost $139
I waited 1 and a half hour before being told it cost $139 oil change. Poor service i will never return there.plus the car was not ready another hour and half.Never again
