First it was lack of communication.

First it was lack of communication. No phone call from the service advisor on the day I left the car in the shop, not the second day. On the third day, my calls were still not picked up. I had to go in the dealer and talked to the advisor personally. I could have spent the time on calls and in-person visit on more useful things. Second, lack of transparency. I was told previously the car need new brake pads. I did it in this service, but was surprised to find out the price is high because it includes rotors and a couple small items. So not just pads. It is about the surprise when I received the bill. If explained ahead and presented an estimate, I would still have the service done. It's more about transparency up front.
