If I could give negative 5 star review I would.

If I could give negative 5 star review I would. Inquired about a truck online and was contacted by Johnathon Barbee via email once, after multiple emails, calls and texts to set up an appointment I was finally contacted back and informed it was in the shop for repairs so I said to let me know as I am still interested multiple times. After 2 notices it’s back in the shop for more motor repairs and I cannot see or buy it, I finally get a text that it is back at Germain and ready for me to come look at, scheduled appointment for 2:00 next day and get a text from Johnathon that it sold to someone else as I am on my way to the dealership. Very very poor customer experience and disappointing I can no longer can have any trust in Germain Dealerships.

With the large demand, quickly moving inventory, and multiple sales staff all our pre-owned inventory is available on a first come first serve basis, we do not hold inventory. As per your conversation with our pre-owned manager Landon, another guest bought this vehicle sight unseen prior to your arrival. Great experience!

The smoothest and easiest process I've ever had when looking into a car. I walked in a Troy was the first one who approached us while we waited for a few minutes. From the first impression he was very eager to help and answer any questions we had. Throughout the entire experience Troy never made me feel any pressure purchasing a specific car or the most expensive item. He was very helpful and made the whole experience the most comfortable. If you go to this dealer I would highly recommend speaking with Troy, he is great!!

Successful Car Purchase

Purchased a used Ford Flex this week from Germain Ford. The Salesman Rhett was friendly and helpful. Travis in the finance department covered everything in detail and I was able to complete all of the paper work through email. So, when the car was ready, I just went in with my trade, we exchanged keys, Rhett answered all of my questions and showed me how everything worked and I was on my way in like 30 minutes.
