Great service department

Austin Adkins, my service rep has always been awesome. Any concerns I've ever had have always been handled smoothly and he always goes above and beyond.

Awesome

Had to take my car in for an oil change. Austin Adkins was very helpful and knowledgable! I would reccomend anyone needing service work request austin!

Excellent

My husband and I were referred by Kenny Adams to purchase a new car last month. Kenny has worked on our cars for years and always has expert advise when it comes to automobile servicing. Last month we purchased a brand new 2016 from Don Jacobs and Kenny referred us to Greg Hines which also provided great customer service. Outstanding!!

I haven't been to don Jacobs in a long time but my car came due for a recall. Josh Owens helped me and was informative, while I was there he told me about other items that needed attention. Not only did he tell me about them but he prioritized them for me with a very helpful list. I will only be bringing my car to josh at don Jacobs....thank you josh

Accommodating & trust worthy

I bought my Beetle from another dealer but when I called Don Jacobs on a Friday needing my 30,000 mile service done that Satruday, they were very accommodating. Even though the service was going to take a couple of hours they fit me in on that Satruday.. They were prompt at getting the job done even washed my beetle .. The staff was very friendly. I was just surprised at how they got me in with such short notice even though I didn't purchase my vehicle there and they didn't know me.... I will be going back for further service jobs...

Fast and friendly service! Left with no questions unanswered. Salesman was very patient and spoke to me in terms i could understand would recommend my friends to come to this dealership

Josh Owens

I went to Don Jacobs with hesitation but quickly after being there I was relieved. The facility was nice and the service was quick. I had been going to Sam Slope but I was encouraged to try Honda Don Jacobs. I am extremely happy with my visit and the young man who took care of me, Josh Owens, was very knowledgeable and it was assuring. He was able to answer all my questions while remaining friendly and enjoyable. His service was sweet and I look forward to many more visits with Don Jacobs and Josh in the future.

Liars

Sales director lied to us with problems prior to purchase of a CPO vehicle. Then when purchased & returned for the addressed problems they refused to fix them. He became confrontational when we reached out for help to him.

Great Customer Service

Going to a dealership can either be a pleasant time or a hard time, when I went here I had excellent customer service & felt like my needs & wants was a first priority. Always a good feeling when you leave with a smile on your face. I will definitely recommend this dealership to all my friends & family.
