Dodge Journey

all in all Lithia isnt a bad place. After buying our car there were a few kinks to work out but all in all not too bad

Oil Change

Had my 2006 Dodge Ram 1500 4x4 for it's recommended oil change and the service was excellent, they were nice and courteous and had my truck back quicker than I thought and they checked everything thing for me even the u joints....

I could use more notice on what I have to pay for

I don't have anything bad to say. All though I could use more notice of what I have to pay for before my car is worked on. I.E. What's on warrentees and what's not. Also an estimated cost of repairs. Other then that the service and overall employee staff has been outstanding. Certainly better then the help I get at wasilla Lithia Chevy;) thank you Lithia dodge for being so great to me;) I give an overall five stars to the staff there;)

Service to New car in one day! Go Willy!!!

My dealer Willy was very kind and let me know every step that was being taken. I will send anyone that I know his way to buy a vehicle. He was outstanding at his job and I can only hope that any future questions or purchases will be directed his way.

Fast service without appointment

Went in to dealership, without an appointment to get an oil change/service for my car. Courteous staff pulled the car in immediately. Wait time was about half an hour. I was pleased, and on my way.

Excellent Service

Great Service!

I purchased the life time oil change when I bought my Jeep Patriot. I have always had the greatest service when I take it in. This time I had to have both the Air Filter and the Cabin Air Filter changed at the same time. Jason was a great help getting everything ready and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. Awesome!!

I was able to leave my keys after hours. Car was ready the next day. All repairs covered under warranty. Has no problems getting in or out.
