Greg McCartt represents the finest Service tech at Rivertown GMC has to offer. He has been our service advisor for over 10 years. We have never had one complaint .He has replaced many parts, including engines and transmissions. He is always explained in detail what to expect and has delivered with precision.

Too expensive. Appointments don’t mean anything. Shuttle had discontinued. Going down hill in my opinion.

Great people in service especially Michael and Jamie. Need to be able to drop in if necessary not schedule appt. Also courtesy shuttle needs to come back not necessarily Lyft.

It took a few weeks to finally settle on a used car that fit my needs and my budget. Darius helped me from day one and continued to work on finding a car for me even after I gave up on them. Darius was the best dealer I've worked with during this car shopping experience, and I talked to a LOT of salesmen! I recommend him to everyone looking for a new or used vehicle and he'll be the first guy I go to when I need to purchase a car again.

Repairs are extremely expensive, I paid $99.
Repairs are extremely expensive, I paid $99.95 for an inspection and on a previous occasion they were charging me for a tire rotation on brand new tires

Brought my truck in for oil change. Had an appointment and vehicle was serviced at the time of appointment. Pleasant experience as usual. Had a complimentary coffee and enjoyed the wait.

Long wait time, very little exposure to gain free wifi. Service agent did not apply my discounts 15%. After presenting upon arrival. Then took all my other enclosed discount envelope offers.
