Have never had a bad experience with them . I called last minute wanting to have car service and Jamie was as always extremely helpful. Customer Service great.

I always get excellent customer service at Rivertown Buick GMC. My favorite service advisor is Michael Clark he always keeps me informed about the status of my vehicles when I have them in for service...He is very knowledgeable, professional and caring. The service technicians perform great work on my vehicles.

I bought my Yukon brand new from this dealership and they service it. It runs great and hasn?t had any issues. Each service has always been performed in a timely manner. The waiting area is peaceful and clean.

I called up to this dealership when I was in the market for a new vehicle. I got in contact with amazing people. He treated me with nothing but respect, he talked me through the whole process when I had my eye on a specific car, and never gave up until I got the Jeep that I fell in love with. 10 out of 10(highly recommend getting a car from this dealership).
