Fantastic service and a great value!
Fantastic service and a great value! I was in the need for a new vehicle after losing my car due to a car accident. I found the make/model I wanted at several dealerships around the city. My third dealership visit was to Volvo Gilbert where Robert Diggs greeted me. I ended up purchasing the vehicle solely due to the phenomenal service Robert Diggs provided. Great salesperson who doesn’t push or poke. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and spent the time and attention explaining the functionality and features of the vehicle. And most importantly, he worked to get me the price and payment I wanted for the vehicle. But Robert doesn’t stop there, he found the prior owner of the car to get me the second key. That would’ve cost me several hundred dollars at the dealership if I had to order one and get it programmed. He got the key sent to the dealership and ultimately into my hands. He could’ve easily stopped after I left the dealership when he had the sale in hand and completed. But going above and beyond like this will have me as a repeat customer and sending anyone I can to see Robert Diggs for their automotive needs. Can’t thank you enough!!!! Go see him immediately!

The Customer service was great and very helpful.
The Customer service was great and very helpful. I was however disappointed in the technician service’s. I had taken in my car in for routine maintenance two weeks ago and also this past Monday 5/22 for a part replacement. My disappointment is that I had the drive to Autozone to purchase coolent and refill it. Two days after my services I was getting a warning message that my coolent was too low and needed to be filled and that my car engine needed to be shut off. So…I was under the impression that was something checked upon services. Also, having my car washed after my services was not very good at all. It needed to be washed again after picking up my car.

After researching for a new hybrid vehicle to replace my 15 year old car, I wanted to try out Volvo. I randomly called this dealership to talk with a salesperson for information. Luli was the salesperson who took the call. He patiently answered all my questions and did not pressure me in any way. The next day, I went in to test drive the car model I was i interested in buying. He treated me with respect and intelligently. I very much appreciated not being talked down to or assuming that I was a uninformed woman. Luli gave me enough breathing room to make a decision without pressure, which allowed me to think very clearly that this was the car I had been hoping for! The rest of the team were very helpful and respectful through the entire process of this car purchase. I would recommend them to anyone.
