Service

I have always had great service when brining in my Cadillac. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I had to order new tires and they were there when they said they would be.

Buying the Cadillac XT4

Really enjoyed my sales person, Saad, great guy. Other than that it was the conventional Dealership visit. Test drove cars, found one I liked, started the paperwork. Typical pressure to buy lots of over priced extras. I was very disappointed that the vehicles shown in your ads, of which I chose several to test drive, were not available when I got to the dealership. Typical come-on tactic.

Vehicle maintenance

Timely, courteous and reliable. They team had estimated an hour and forty minute wait time, which met my expectations, and they washed my car. I felt safe and secure in a pretty, shiny car. Nice job!

Time for a new car

I'm a disabled Veteran and after 8 years, they came through. I had been looking at a Cadillac since year 7 and the XT5 in particular. All that could be explained briefly was and we're finding a bit more as we go along. It's a perfect fit for me.

Aggressive xxxxxxx for a Finance Manager

This place is a complete joke. Could not have been more offended or annoyed with the amount of time wasted by dealing with an uneducated moron for a finance manager. Fire him!

Dishonest but ok deal

I saw a car listed on carfax, as I was out of state, I was interested and the price was good. I called and talked with Pete. He was helpful, said there were no dents, etc., even took a few pictures. When I had a friend go look at it, however, he took a picture of the car with a baseball size dent in it. When both my husband and I both asked Pete again if there was a dent, he said "no." I then asked for the manager and was transferred to Lee. He was more helpful, but later found out he was not the manager. I was told there were two fobs for the car. My friend said that one of them was not working. I was told by Lee and Justin that it was a dead battery which they didn't carry there but they were sure it was fine. Long story short, I bought the car after making sure they fixed the dent that they said wasn't there. I took the fob into a Lexus dealer upon receiving the car and they told me kindly that the fob did not match the car at all, but was likely pre 2011 as it was an am and the 2015 lexus is an fm. He said there is no way a dealership would not have known this. It would be a $350 dollar fix. Long story short, I bought the car, knowing at the beginning they weren't really honest. I like the car, but the blatant dishonesty for a sale is frustrating. Had I not known someone in Chandler who could look at the car for me, they would have likely sold me a car that needed a new windshield, had a dent, needed new breaks, was out of allignment, ect., and not batted an eye. Frustrating. We called Andy at the shop and he said there was nothing he could do.
