I was there to get a oil change by an appointment.

I was there to get a oil change by an appointment. However I had to wait for 15 minutes for a Honda agent while they were seating down at their desk. I came in to spoke with one of them and I had to wait more time because the Honda agent was texting in her cell phone. My question is to the Honda corporation: what is the meaning of make an appointment and the client police?

Absolutely wonderful and honest staff.

Absolutely wonderful and honest staff. I gave them card Blanche to estimate any possible repairs in a used car I bought elsewhere, and they told me that nothing was needed and also gave me a recall repair.
