Jon was straight forward and forthcoming

Jon answered all of our many Volvo questions, was not pushy in his sales, He listened to what we wanted and did not try to sell us something or a feature that was not what we wanted or needed; very patient and understanding. He met our needs and exceeded our expectations. We would most highly recommend him as your sales person for any Volvo. Even though this is a relatively new Volvo dealership, Jon was as knowledgeable as any long time experienced Volvo sales rep.

Great Sales Guy!!! You have to have Jon!!!

Jon was very patient and kind when it came to helping me choose my very first brand new car. He answered all my questions--went with me on test drives--helped me choose the vehicle that had everything on my check list. We was not pushy and he did not rush me. Keeping it in the family

For 20 years I have had the absolute pleasure of working with Tim. He is sold me and my family numerous vehicles over this time. I recently had the pleasure of introducing him to the next car buying member of the family, my son. Tim took the time to help him choose his first vehicle. Tim made this process simple and easy. Like I say in the title we are keeping it in the family and I know that another generation will continue to work with Tim, one of the very best salesman and someone I have the privilege of calling my friend. Do you yourself a favor next time you need a vehicle. Go see Tim he is the man for the job.

Customer experience

Scott was very unprofessional and was not willing to address my concerned in an appropriate manner. Stating that "I wouldn't force my way in line a grocery store" meanwhile they have had my car for a month and still is not competed and he refused to give me a date and time of satisfaction to have my car complete. In addition he could not provide valid reasoning for why the repairs are taking so long. He was rude and short and did not provide any customer service satisfactory of my business as I have provided Younger with my personal business and referred various people who have purchased cars with them in the past. This needs to be addressed being I requested to speak with someone else and still have not heard back from anyone at younger addressing my concerns. If I could rate a zero out of five stars believe me I WOULD! THIS IS TRULY UNACCEPTABLE

Thank you for taking the time to respond to our review site. We always welcome feedback good or bad to constantly improve. I apologize if for some reason we didn’t meet your expectations in our collision center. I did check the timelines with our collision center as it’s always concerning when I read these reviews. We didn’t receive your car from the tow company until August 27th, phase 2 was a response from your insurance company, that was September 5th. At that time were putting your car through the process. My collision center supervisor instructed me that on numerous occasions he assured you your car would be finished during the week of the 24th – 28th. At this time he confirmed that he should be on time as scheduled. I hope we can under promise and over perform and have it complete by the 26th. Great experience

I purchased a 2018 RAV4. Easy process, wonderful salesman and now I have a vehicle that will last awhile and meet my needs. I’ll be back when my wife needs a new vehicle.

Awesome Dealership

This was our fourth purchase at Younger Toyota, and I wouldn't think of buying anywhere else. All of the staff makes us feel like family. I always feel good when leaving with a new car.....pain free transaction.

Would Recommend Younger to everyone I know

As a first time vehicle buyer, I cannot begin to express my happiness with my experiences with Younger. Between Shane as my salesman, Jeff in the finance office, and the rest of the staff, Younger really raised the bar for quality dealership service. Very helpful, easy to work with, and no wasted time haggling. I drove to Winchester VA twice in three days with hopes of sealing the deal on a Tacoma I liked there, but things did not work out. I came to Younger just to try my luck, and Shane was straight to the point. We hit a number that i could manage, and the team took care of me from there. I will be recommending Younger to everyone I know! Thank you Younger!
