I love my new Corolla and I love Younger Toyota
Recently my car was totaled in an accident and I needed a new car quickly. I'm so glad I called Younger Toyota. My salesman Mike Hampton was just wonderful. I considered the Corolla Hatchback, but the Corolla sedan was a better fit for me. I am one of those weird people who drive a manual transmission, and they had the car I wanted right there on the lot. Mike worked with me to close the deal, and Matt Hull in the finance department was wonderful also. Everyone was so kind and helpful; I couldn't have asked for a better buying experience. I have been recommending Younger Toyota to all my friends. Thanks to everyone at Younger; I am one very satisfied customer.

Helpful
I had a problem with my windshield.i had no help from the woman in the service department office.so i contacted Toyota.the next day i got a call from Dave Carroll he was so helpful and was able to solve the problem...also Denny Gish did an awesome job checking me in and was very friendly.Also Ruth Moor did a great job getting me a rental car.I only give a 3 star because of the woman in the service center office.wish i got her name..

Fast & easy purchase

Car buying experience
Germaine was very helpfully she told me everything i need to know about the and was able to answer all questions i was very grateful with the service she provided. it was a cold day but she still came outside walk with me to car show me the car and give other option to help me make a decision.

Excellent service

great experience but certified used Toyota
Justin Luttrell was wonderful in showing us the certified used Toyota's. He was very knowledgeable in all off the options available. He also was very helpful in securing an interest rate that was better than Toyota credit. If I need to buy another used certified Toyota I will come see Justin.

Terrible customer service
Called to schedule appointment for routine maintenance on a Tuesday night phone rang continuously for about 5 min. Until finaly my call was answered in a rude manner. However my actuall service was wonderful other than that scheduling the appointment.
