Wonderful experience

This was by far the best car shopping experience I’ve had! Everyone was amazing! I would go back to get another car if needed and I will send anyone I can to JN!

Almost got swindled.

The salesperson Anthony Au was polite, cordial, and informative about the vehicle we purchased. The same cannot be said about the Manager James Clark - This manager did not follow GMs own policy for my trade in. According to the GM website when I built my new Chevrolet, the fair trade-in price that was according to Kelley Blue Book was $4000 to $5000. This manager was deceptive and would only give less than half the GM websites quoted price. He offered me only $2000 for my trade-in. This was very disrespectful, and insulting to me as an educated customer who knows how much my trade in is actually worth. To put this into perspective, two different dealerships have already made offers on my trade in when I was car shopping - about 2-3 weeks time period, one offered $3850, and one offered $5000. I ended up purchasing my new car anyway because I had already made a down payment (non-refundable) on it when I special ordered, and left without trading in my old car; which I later sold for $6000. Long story short, I sold my would be trade-in for $6000 privately - the one James Clark said was only worth $2000. My advice is, it seems they might try to severely lowball you on your trade if they know you've made a non-refundable down payment. Please be careful, and be an educated buyer.

Outstanding service

Mike Mercilen and the staff did an Outstanding job in getting me into the new 2019 Silverado LTZ. They also worked hard in getting me a good interest rate for my loan.

Awesome help

My salesman Mike and his partner Jason was brilliant and patient and they did everything possible to get me into my brand new 2018 Silverado. I will definitely recommend family and friends.

Overall a good experience

Mike is the sales rep that showed me the car I came into look at. He was the first to come meet me outside to figure out what I wanted. He then took me over to the used car lot to look at a car that my parents recommended that I look at. Since my mom and dad were there the day before looking at some new trucks. I only give 4 stars because after all the driving around I didn’t get a full tank. Mike also wen above and beyond and was able to find an extra key for my car as well. I am greatly appreciate how he went above to look for it. I would go back if I wasn’t in need of a new car again.

Outstanding Service

I recently bought a 2018 Chevy Colorado ZR two dusk edition from JN Chevorlet. Initial contact with my salesman Mike was via telephone, for I was on a trip. I told him what truck I wanted and we negotiated price and pick up date over the phone I was able to put a deposit to hold it that weekend. When I return from my trip and picked up the truck , Mike provided me outstanding customer service. The process quick and simple. Then I was handed over to Stephen the finance manager who was accommodating and transparent. That’s all a person can ever asked for and when dealing with a dealerships finance manager. What makes Mike’s customers service outstanding above average is he continue to follow me throughout this process and bent over backwards to help me get the service needed for my truck,his follow up is impeccable I am very impressed. Mikes customer service did not end up on the completion of the sale

First time experience at JN Chevrolet

I came to the dealership because I wanted to trade in my ‘16 Silverado for an ‘18. There were great cash back allowances that the dealership was giving for end of the year savings. I ran into Mike Marcelin (Salesman) who turned out to be a great, friendly, and knowledgeable salesman. He truly made the buying process easy and hassle free. He listened to all of my demands and took care of it ASAP. I will definitely refer him to any of my friends in the future. I am very impressed with how they treated me and I will take my business back to them.

Excellent Experience

Working with Mike Marcelin and his team was an excellent experience. He was very respectful and helpful with anything i needed throughout the my time working with him. Mike was able to make things easy so when i came into the dealership, minimal was needed of me to progress with the purchase. Definetly would recommend other to come work with him.

James baylis is the best

My day with James Baylis @ JN Chevrolet a very professional salesman got me into my new 2019 Z71 Colorado. I personally didn't think he would be able to help me with my situation but he proved me wrong. If you're ever in the neighborhood and in need of a new or used vehicle come by and ask for him. Let him put you in the driver's seat. My son is thinking about getting a car soon and I'm pretty sure James will be the guy who will be getting his business.
