I am so pleased with my decision to buy a car from Coulter Cadillac. Dan Boardman was an amazing Salesman- extremely knowledgeable, honest and willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Never in my life could I imagine saying that I had an enjoyable experience purchasing a vehicle- but I can now. Every person that I interacted with during the process was helpful and did their best to make sure I was happy. I plan on continuing to be a customer of Coulter and Dan for years to come.

Kudos to super-salesman Tim Moorehouse! Tim made buying a vehicle here easy, quick, and satisfying for all involved. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle (2018 Hyundai Sonata) and answered all my questions in a courteous and professional manner. Referred by Jim Wright, parts mgr at Coulter Phoenix, to Brian Castonguay, used car mgr. When I saw an SUV we were interested in at another dealership, he hooked us up with the used car mgr there, Tim Cambier, who introduced us to John Skoko, a very experienced and low-pressure salesman. Received excellent help in showing us how this vehicle met our towing needs and much more (bells and whistles on GM trucks these days being amazing!). We purchased this low-mileage 3-yr-old GMC Yukon SLE from John that night, and also received great service from their knowledgeable credit manager (we'd had multiple ID thefts), who found us a loan after closing hours. From test drive to heading home in our new luxury SUV, it was the most stress-free dealership experience either of us ever had. Their follow-up has been wonderful, too.

We went in not really needing a new car, but after discussing the options available with our current vehicle and payments remaining the same, we were sold. Ken and the team did a great job of making the package work and we would highly recommend them to anyone getting a new car.
